چکیده:

In this study Zeolite 4A membrane was synthesized on -alomina supports via hydrothermal method. The general formula for zeolite synthesis is: Al2O3: xSiO2: 3 Na2O: 130 H2Oin which x equals to ¼ and 2. This zeolite was synthesized on the inner and outer surface of -alomina support and the effect ofSiO2/Al2O3 on zeolite phase creation was investigated. It is concluded from scanning electron microscopy (SEM) images and X-ray diffraction (XRD) patterns that multilayer zeolite membrane with SiO2/Al2O3 of 2 on the inner surface of support has a suitable morphology with respect to other coatings and has a good potential for separation process.
