One of the characteristics which apply for agile organizations at competitiveness global markets is to invent on-going tools and making innovation. In borderless space, organizations struggle in creating markets. In order to create such an uncompetitive market, it is important to access reliable and realtime data. Web and internet give a chance to organizations which are able to provide update data, however it has advantages and disadvantages. One of the most advantages is to access to broad information resources with precisely search running in this virtual space. On the other hand, there are a great data which is obstacle for on time decision making, so, it is necessary to apply methods to check gathered data correctness. And also integrated data existence integrate to a data warehouse, has an important role in reach to target market. If we can use data in place, with high reliability and apply them in strategic decision making, then can show the significant of web based data warehousing. In this paper first, we introduce data warehousing, and its various structures. Second, we present comparison of these structures and their usage in designing data warehouse and finally, combination of data warehouse and web and their effect on e-commerce will be considered.
