چکیده:

Performance evaluation in big organizations plays an important role in recognition of strategic andoperational goals. Regarding to this concept, some performance indicators and their communicationwith goals and activities must be assigned, measured and analyzed. Nowadays information technologyis a main driver of any business, as you know business process of information technology is different.As a result, managers of this section need to evaluate their performance of department with a differentmetric. Since Performance Indicators for evaluating IT sector are too many in this paper we try tointroduce Key Performance Indicators for IT sector, relate them to plans and goals of organization andfinally represent some samples for that.
