The paper presents the elements of the complex theory oriented on calculation of any kind of space bar structures from description through analysis to synthesis. There, are given selected theoretical foundations for: theirs geometrical description; equilibrium and motion equations; numerical algorithms for: analysis, automatic dimensioning and even optimization; original and efficient own system of input data (a little earlier and other than Nooshin’s); elaborated own programs. Considered structures can be single or multilayer, with wide class of global shapes and with any bar pattern. In the paper are presented some elements of elaborated or used theories, principal formulae for geometrical description of structures and for numerical analysis, examples of drawings of structures possible to calculation and discussion of obtained results. All is completed by indicated the more important literature from discussed domain.
