چکیده:

Nowadays internet has provided a themetoward doing big economies in supplychain costs and, also increasing efficiencyof the costumer services. Logisticelectronic is dominantly in the direction ofthe goals of companies which are desirousto use electronic business for improvingtheir supply chain. In search of highercompetitiveness, organizations are insearch for innovative business models, inorder to foster economic benefits. Severalclusters are being formed, includingNational Transport Logistics Cluster(NTLC) as one of the most importantcluster. Currently NTLC is in the stage ofdynamic growth, demanding businessmodel formation and adequateinformatization. The main goal of the paperis to present the informatization of NTLC,Nowadays internet has provided a bridging the gap between Supply ChainManagement (SCM) and e-Logistics. Theinformatization of NTLC is presentedthrough several phases. The first phase isbusiness modeling of existing businessprocesses of organizations (AS-IS model).The results of the first phase give us an indepthview of NTLC that is used for futurebusiness model setup. Next, TO-BEprocesses are created which are to beimplemented and supported throughinformatization. The result ofinformatization project is shown ashomorganic and transparent businessactivity between cluster members. Thepurposes of NTLC informatization arebusiness model creation, standardization of business processes, cost cutting, improvedbusiness performance; operational timesdecrease, asset management, and shipmenttracing which are the basics of economic competitiveness.
