The objective of this work was to study the extend of intercalation and preserved location of organically surface modified nano clay (closite 15A and closite 30B) in SAN/EPDM nano composite, In order to select the appropriated Organoclay and effect of selected location by nano clay on morphology and droplet size of EPDM. The samples with the same ratio (80/20, SAN/EPDM) but vary in nano clay concentration in 3 and 5 percent prepared by melt compounding by using of laboratory internal mixer.WAXD results show greater affinity with closite 30B and SAN compare to closite 15A while EPDM show affinity with closite 15A to preferred location and intercalated in EPDM droplet.This findings could be were supported by the results of linear viscoelastic tests, Evaluated in terms of the extend of enhanced low frequency solid body like response
