چکیده:

Continuous changes in business environment, has created challenges for human resource management. One of the strategies employed to deal with these challenges utilization knowledge management capabilities and create innovative in organizations. The purpose of this paper reviews the role of human resource management directly and through knowledge management is organizational innovation. The research method used was survey and the method for gathering data is the questionnaire and the statistical population of this study is Research & Development staff based in Mellat bank. Therefore Seven hypotheses are formulated the data analysis suggests they are approved. Finally, according research findings, some suggestions are presented to the scientific community and the organization.
