چکیده:

In this article the Physicochemical, properties of dedecyl betainate gemini (s=3) which is new synthesized cleavable surfactant were investigated through surface tension and electrical conductivity techniques in absence and persent of NaBr salt. The critical micelle concentration (CMC), surface excess concentration (Γ(max)) mean molecular surface area (A(min)), degree of counterion dissociation (a) and the thermodynamic parameters of micellization were determined from the surface tension and conductance data. It was observed that CMC, ⊿G˚(mic) and A(min) decrease as the amount of electrolyte in the aqueous medium was increased.
