چکیده:

Electrospinning has become versatile method for fabrication of nanofibrous mats. In this work nanocomposite scaffolds were fabricated via electrospinning of poly(D,L- Lactid) acid incorporated alumina nanoparticles.The Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was employed to analyze the diameter, uniformity and orientation of nanofibers.The scaffolds showed highly porous microstructureswith average fiber diametersof 182 and 201 nm for neat PDLLA and PDLLA/3wt% of nano-Al2O3, respectively. The results of water contact angle measurement and water absorption test showed that the hydrophilicity of scaffolds has been decreased by addition of hydrophilic nanoparticles
