چکیده:

In the recent study, the feasibility of composing the Nd-Fe-B hybrid magnets was investigated by two approaches. These magnets are used to compose electrical appliances such as electrical engines, etc. In the first approach (i.e. solvent base), three different binders were used as polymer matrix to compose Nd-Fe-B hybrid magnets. In order to solve each binder, different solvents were used. In the second approach (i.e. melting base) the polymer was melted and mixed thoroughly with metallic powder, in order to gain a mixture of metallic powder and the polymer matrix. The resulted product, then, crushed into granules following an injecting by a Mardoni injection instrument. Eventually, the mechanical and magnetic properties of the produced samples were investigated. These produced samples, would never reach their maximum tensile strength, in the room temperature. In the high temperatures, the effect of material hardness, as a function of applied strain, for the samples containing lower solid particles and the samples containing higher solid particles, can be affordable after 1% strain and 0.1% strain, respectively
