چکیده:

int this research the effect of welding speed on the properties of the weld such as the microhardness distribution and the grain size at the stir zone of the joints produced by the friction stir welding between AA7075-T6and AA6061-T6 alloys has been investigated the microhardness variations were determined for different welding speeds during FSW process the peak temperatures were measured for determining the relationship between the peak temperature and the hardness distribution at HAZ. beside the microstructure analysis was performed for evaluaing the influence of welding speed on the developed grain size.
