چکیده:

A carbon dioxide absorption unit from the flue gas is simulated by Aspen HYSYS simulation tools for the Bisoton power plant. Amount of reboiler energy consumption was calculated to be in the3.7 to 4.3 MJ per kilogram of captured CO2 . It is also suggested that the inlet CO2 temperature is better to be in a certain range and integrating the CO2 capture for the different units of the power plant would increase the performance. The performance of the CO2 capture process is evaluated in different process conditions
