چکیده:

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effect of social capital on building the potential of intrapreneurship in Higher Education. The research method of the present research was descriptivecorrelational. Research samples including staffs (N=417,n=204) of theoretical and administrative inMazandaran Payame Noor university ,that were selected through simple random sampling.Research tools wasincluded the building potential of intrapreneurship questionnaire with Cronbach,s Alpha coefficient of 0.936 and social capital questionnaire with Cronbach,s Alpha coefficient of 0.836. The results of the research showed that according to Pearson correlation coefficient there is positive significant relationship between social capital and building the potential of intrapreneurship (0.771 correlation coefficient and p<0.01). Finally,the results of regression analyse showed that the social capital have significant predictive power of building the potential of intrapreneurship.
