چکیده:

Paraffin wax compounded into rubber is capable of migrating to the surface, thereby providing protection against ozone attack by formation of an impervious barrier. In this study, five different waxes were characterized by gas chromatography (GC). The resulting GC data were correlated with various physical properties of rubber compound based on NR/BR, the influence of oil content on the migration behavior of antiozonants in rubber compoundvulcanizate were studied at different aging time ( 24 h, 504 h in room temperature, 504 h at 40 °C and 35% humidity ) using aging box. The resulting data revealed that by increasing the oil content of paraffin wax, Rheological properties, Tensile, Resilience, Modulus 100% and 300%, Elongation and Hardness of rubber compound based on NR/BR will be changed
