چکیده:

Nanosized TiO2 as a new material, has many excellent properties such as high efficient photocatalytic effect, high mechanical surface resistence, non-toxicity and easy availability [1,4]. Therefore, Nanocrystalline TiO2 has extensively been studied in the last years. Various methods have been reported for the preparation of nano-sized TiO2. Sol–gel route has been regarded as an excellent method to synthesize nanosize metallic oxides and has been widelyemployed for the preparation of titanium dioxide nano-particles [1,5]. The studies have mainly been aimed at applications of TiO2 in photocatalysts and solar cells [6]. However, these nanoparticles can be used in electronical devices. In present work, TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared and characterized by XRD, SEM and Raman spectroscopy. We have tried to investigate the effect of electric field on prepared samples in order to present the application of TiO2 nanoparticles in high DC electric field
