چکیده:

Electrospun nano mats due to their high surface area and interconnected porosity are the important area in nanotechnology applications. In this study the effect of electrospinning time, on some physical and mechanical properties necessity for protective clothing and membrane applications is investigated. This new generation of fibrous materials has good potential for using as membrane in protective clothing. The results show that with increasing the coating time the thickness and weight of mats and subsequently their tensile strength increase linearly, the air permeability decrease and hydrostatic pressure increase nonlinearly and water vapor permeability will remain constant.
