Increasing consumption of concrete, one of the substitutes for conventional aggregates is to use building industrial waste. Using these materials in the manufacture of building materials, reduces the exploitation of conventional resource as well as reduces the final cost of the project. In this study, the effect of using recycled aggregates, clay bricks and glass fragments on mechanical properties of concrete were investigated. These aggregates are superseded various conventional aggregates in various percentages, and physical and mechanical properties of concrete specimens were determined. The results show that in most projects, using recycled aggregates leads to access recycled concrete with less compressive strength and tensile compared to normal concrete and normal concrete shows more shrinkage compared to recycled concrete. In the case of concrete including clay brick particles, it can be said that, due to some positive effects of this substance including weight loss of concrete and using waste with no use in concrete, brick waste can be a good choice for use in concrete. Results indicate that using glass powders, we can produce more affordable concrete with better quality
