چکیده:

Aluminium oxide (alumina, Al2O3) is one of the most usefull oxide ceramics [1] and has two famous and important crystalline phases’ alpha and gamma’ and because of its excellent capability showed on the mechanical, electronic, magnetic, chemistry, thermodynamics and machine, it can be considered as one of the highly functional materials and can be widely used as a catalyst, catalyst support [2], ceramic industry and commercially used as component in cosmetics, pharmacy and pigment and very high temperature applications and excellent wear resistance[3-4]. Al2O3 nanoparticles can be synthesized by many different methods, such as the co-precipitation, sol-gel [5], thermal decomposition [6], flame spray pyrolysis and so on. In this work the alumina nano particles is synthesized by sol-gel process and their optical and structural properties.are studied
