چکیده:

Cubic Gold nanoparticles were synthesized via the chemical route from the precursor HAuCl4.3H2O, by controlling various factors such as the solvent (propanol), reductant (sodium citrate), stabilizer (PVP) and by altering the heating mode during synthesis. The nanoparticles were then deposited on a clean substrate using a spin-coat apparatus. The structural and optical propertieswere investigated by studying the results of X-ray diffraction, UV-spectrophotometry and SEM.
