چکیده:

In the present research, the Nitinol powder was prepared by electroless nickel plating and heat treatment of titanium powder. Hydrazine reducing agent was used to precipitate pure nickel on the powder particles. The necessary nickel for obtain Nitinol composition was precipitated during 225 min plating process. The titanium primary powder as well as plated/heat treated powder was characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), energy dispersive spectrometer (EDS), X-ray fluorescence (XRF), X-ray diffraction (XRD) and differential scanning calorimetric (DSC). The As and Af temperatures of Nitinol powder were measured 17.2 oC and 31°C, respectively
