چکیده:

Transparent polycrystalline neodymium doped YAG is an important solid state laser material with similar optical properties compare to single crystal Czhochralski grown ceramics, but with many advantages [1-4]. Nanocrystalline Nd:YAG powder is used for production of transparent polycrystalline Nd:YAG lasers. Preparation of nanocrystalline Nd:YAG powders promising that better forming and sinterability and also low pore concentration and sizes, which ensures high density and transparency. YAG nano powder has been prepared by many methods, such as solid state reaction, coprecipitation, sol gel, spray thermal decomposition, hydrothermal and solvothermal synthesis [3,4]. Coprecipitation method has many advantages compare with these methods
