Large quantities of dyes used in the textile industry are lost to the effluents during manufacturing and processing operations. While the TiO2 suspension has been employed in the most of studies, the supported TiO2 on a stationary support is more likely to be used in any commercial application of this technique because of its easier recovery of TiO2 particles from the purified effluents [1]. In photocatalysis, the zeolite molecular sieves as a support of photocatalyst have been studied intensively [2]. There are different routes that can be used to TiO2 synthesis. These include flame synthesis, chemical vapor deposition, precipitation,hydrothermal and the alkoxides sol-gel methods [3]. Hydrothermal synthesis, in which chemical reactions could take place in aqueous or organo-aqueous media under the simultaneous generation of pressure upon heating, has been used to prepare nano-crystalline TiO2 at low temperature [4]. In our work we have chosen a hydrothermal method to synthesize supported titanium dioxide on X zeolite and bare titanium dioxide
