چکیده:

Polyaniline (PANI)/Graphene hybrid films were made without using any template. First, PANI nanofiber was stabilized in water by introducing ammonium peroxydisulfate(APS)/HCl into aniline(AN)/HCl and shaking for few seconds. Then, aqueous dispersion of graphene oxide (GO) was synthesized by using a modified Hummer’s method. GO/PANI films were prepared by filtration of hybrid dispersion with different GO/PANI ratios. GO in hybrid film was then reduced to graphene by hydrazine vapor. Finally, the hybrid film was doped by acid to recover electrical conductivity of PANI, and improve electrical conductivity of the film.
