Zeolite 13X powders are of the major categories of zeolites and have a great potential to be employed industrially in many applications including gas separation tasks, e.g. CO2 and H S removal form natural gas by separation by adsorption, especially for CO2Effects of SiO2 /Al2 O3,H2 O/Na2O3and H2 O/SiO2 molar ratios was investigated on13X zeolite hydrothermal synthesis. Prepared powders was characterized using XRD analysis It was found that silica source, synthesis temperatures, and H O/Na O molar ratios are affecting parameters in zeolite13X synthesis and its crystalinity The best result was found for 1 Al2 O3;2.9 SiO2:4.35Na2O;304.5H2O at synthesis temperature of 110°C in5 h with aging time of 24 h.
