چکیده:

Limited water sources in arid and semi- arid regions lead us to use these sources properly and protect them for next generations, so we need to manage and have a plan for these sources well. It is unavoidable to have sustainable development approach in this process. In this article we tried to manage urban, industrial and agricultural waste and drainage water according to criteria and matrix or stepping assessable indicators for reusing them in different fields. In addition we tried to decrease wastewater volume and minimize their pollutions loading. Finally, we suggested some ideas and practical ways which are based on sustainability indicators and sustainable policy to obtain the subject. For this reason we used especial methodology and defined an approach with analyzing and comparing varied factors which have different efficiencies. It’s being supposed to operate quantitative and qualitative measurements such as physical, chemical and biological assessable parameters in waste and drainage water. Furthermore we considered environmental, technical, economical and societal conditions.
