چکیده:

The purpose of this study is to examine the management styles of managers and employees’ job satisfaction in Urmia city.The method of study is descriptive and statistical population consists of all employees of secondary schools in the city of Urmia which number is 252 people.Two questionnaires were used to collect data which reliabilities obtained with Cronbach’s alpha 90/0.Analysis of the data was performed using SPSS software.The results show that there is a significant relationship between relation- based managerial style (t=042/3 with a significance level of 001/0), rule-based style(226/35 = t with a significance level of 001/0).
