چکیده:

The aim of this study was to investigate the mediational role of perceived organizational support between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior in Asia Insurance Corporation. 213 employees of Asia insurance corporation were chosen randomly. Obtained data was analyzed by structural equation model and LISREL8.5 software. The results showed that organizational justice directly and significantly influenced organizational support and organizational citizenship behavior. Perceived organizational support directly and significantly influenced organizational citizenship behavior. Also, organizational justice indirectly influenced organizational citizenship behavior through perceived organizational support. Thus this study suggested that perceived organizational support have meditational role between organizational justice and organizational citizenship behavior. The fit indices showed the model had an appropriate fit (χ۲/df= 1.42, RMSEA= 0.048, NFI=0.92, CFI=97, NNFI= 0.96).
