چکیده:

Discharge of furnaces makes plume which affect on personnel inhalation and around area temperature. This plume shall be strictly studied to specify their effects on personnel and aroundprocess area. Furnaces discharge, often contains COx and NOx components. Beside, temperatureeffects of plume should be checked to assure the lack of effects on the process of around facilities particularly on the exchangers and air coolers. COx & NOx concentration and temperature effectsof discharge gas from 8 furnaces in Firoozabad petrochemical plant are studied in this paper. The gas dispersion modelling using UDM-PHAST is applied in the worst cases to study the effects of furnaces discharge. Results of modelling are also presented and discussed here
