چکیده:

A prediction of the sound transmission loss of a cylindrical structure whose walls sandwich a layer of compressed porous material is presented within the framework of the Classic theory for laminated composite shells. In this work, porous materials are treated as elastic models and most effective component of the wave propagation through porous core is estimated by Simplified method. The Transmission Loss coefficient (TL) of the sandwich structure lined with compressed porous material is calculated and then is verified by an unstressed structure. Finally, analytical results are presented for a variety of effective parameters.
