چکیده:

One of the most purposes of civil projects is defined as implementation quality in terms of possible minimum project time scheduling .In this respect, project implementation based on accurate design criteria would leads to prevention increasing project cost and also time scheduling losses. Based on Recent science and technology progress specifically in civil projects, the implementation of structures would be possible true and accurate design considering ground condition and the other effective parameters. Based on the studies of the phase I and II, as well as commencement of the construction operations According to new data, now the value engineering is one of the strategies, in order to reduce both the construction cost and time of the project, according which while optimum performance of the structure is achieved, the waste of National Capital Resources can be prevented. In this Paper, comprises the results of phase two analysis of the rock mechanics of Khersan 3 Dam, along with construction conditions at phase III, having re-analyzed it and the existing burial information at phase II through geological profile take at the tunnel excavation, so minimum support system required for the stability of diversion tunnel at excavation is designed and developed .The purpose of this it value engineering projects have been carried out.
