چکیده:

The main objective of this paper is to compare using two different methods, FRP bonding and steel jacketing in retrofitting deficient structures. In this paper, a 2D 6-storey RC structure with 8 bays was designed for gravity loads and was analyzed, using Nonlinear Static Analysis (Pushover) and Nonlinear Dynamic Analysis (Time history) to obtain the performance level of the frame. Cost analysis of employing these two retrofitting methods has been done and the results are mentioned and compared in the paper.
