چکیده:

Geographic information system (GIS) is a powerful tool for petroleum exploration, particularly with regards to exploration mapping. One of the first steps is the creation of reconnaissance maps. Such maps are typically produced from available wells or well layers with size of the well data sets being dependent on the maturity of the area (basin) of interest. The present paper deals with preparation various map by AutoCAD for Asmari reservoirs, determination of the original oil in place (OOIP) and study of eight zones in this reservoir based on petrophysical data of 19 wells in Mansuri Oil field. Applying these processes on each field is helpful in determining the highest potential sections of OOIP. The comparison between above method and traditional one, indicates much better Petrophysical parameters, usage adding up required data in digitized state. A part from that scheduling the reservoir production is another useful result in this method.
