A Grid is a collection of distributed computational as well as heterogeneous resources that looks like as a large computational and virtual system for users. Because of the numerous resources in Grid, the distribution of these resources in a changeable and heterogeneous environment and also effective load distribution between these resources are the important and difficult problems to achieve load balancing in Grid networks. Using the dynamic and static algorithms or using intelligent agents to establish load balancing and using Branch and Bound (B&B) algorithm are supposed to be among the available methods to achieve the load balancing in Grid networks. This paper represents a new method for the dynamic load balancing based on B&B algorithm and intelligent agents. In this method, we use the differentiation of resource capabilities (resource power) and allocate the different tasks entered the system to the appropriate resources. Our main purpose is to manage the resources better and the tasks entered the system as well. By this way, we can obtain the load balancing in a short time. Simulation result shows that the proposed method can reduce the time of task allocation. In other words, it reduces the time of achieving load balancing.
