چکیده:

In this paper, to production of composites were used from cotton goods as a substrate for polymerization Ppy – SWNT and Pyrrole – Thiophene. To optimize the Pyrrole – Thiophene polymerization conditions were investigated several methods, including conventional polymerization, polymerization under ultrasonic (pre-polymerization and post- polymerization). To prepare polymer solution with Conventional method, effect of time (2, 3, 5, 7 and 10 days) was studied. For preparation Ppy – SWNT composite was used chemical polymerization of Pyrrole monomer with SWNT. Surface resistance (Rs) (Ω/sq) of composites was measured according AATCC 1995-76 standard test method. The results show that the conductance Ppy-SWNT composite is better than pure Ppy and Pyrrole – Thiophene polymer composite. Also in comparing the capacity of the composites, Ppy- SWNT composite has shown higher capacity, Because it being the Uniform coating of Ppy on the SWNT, which that is increase effective area in Ppy chains
