چکیده:

Thiolated carboxymethyl chitosan-β-cyclodextrin was synthesized in two steps. First, β-cyclodextrin was grafted onto carboxymethyl chitosan (CMC) by cross-linking with 1,6-hexamethylene diisocyanate (HMDI). Next, the resultant product was grafted with thioglycolic acid (TGA) with water-soluble 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide (EDAC). The structure of product was confirmed by FT-IR. Nanoparticles of this polymer were prepared by ionic gelation method using tripolyphosphate (TPP) and analyzed with SEM and AFM.
