چکیده:

Polyaniline membranes supported on a porous polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film were made. The permeability and separation factors for several gas pairs were calculated from experimental data. The results showed increasing permeability for CO2, N2 and O2 gases with reducing the thickness of the film and increasing feed pressure. The membranes with polyaniline synthetized at 10°C showed highest selectivity. Morphology of the membranes were characterized by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM). Electron micrograph of the cross section of composite membranes showed a spongeous PVDF support and a dense polyaniline layer. The surface of composite membranes was made of a defect-free polyaniline layer
