چکیده:

the crystal structure of solid solutions of the cuInSe2 1-xFeSe x has been studied the values of the latiice parameters a and c of the tetragonal phase solid solutions revealed a significant axial distortion of the elemenary crystal cell. It is established that at room temperature for solid solutions of the CuInSe21-xFeSe x at first there is a decrease of electrical conductivity with increasing concentration FeSe to x=0.05 and then its gradual increase with increasing concentration x.
