چکیده:

In this work, we synthesized graphene oxide (GO) sheets by oxidation and exfoliation of pure natural graphite. Partially as prepared GO solution reduced to graphene. The samples were characterized usingRaman spectroscopy, atomic force microscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopic measurements and UVvisible. We explored a synthesis temperature which functional groups desorb from GO sheets. Results show that dependent on the temperature range functional group reduced and band gap decreases.
