چکیده:

The conductance and magnetoresistance in magnetically modulated ZnSe/ZnMnSe spin superlattices have been investigated theoretically. The results indicate that with increasing magnetic field,conductance of both spin-up and spin-down electrons first decrease rapidly and then oscillate and magnetoresistance first increases and then drasticallyoscillates.
