چکیده:

Organizational learning culture supports information acquisition, information distribution, information interpretation and organizational memory and enhances continual learning, employing them to develop the firm. Developing a strong organizational learning culture is of great importance and improves the performance of the staff and the organization; it also results in their commitment to the organization and higher job satisfaction. This study aims to investigate the status of the learning culture in the Organization of Industries and Businesses of Fars province, Iran. We use data from 132 employees’ questionnaires. The results show that there is a significant direct relation between the process of information acquisition and interpretation, information interpretation and behavioral and cognitive changes, behavioral and cognitive changes and innovative culture, technical and operational innovativeness and innovative culture, and behavioral and cognitive changes and technical and operational innovativeness. Hence, to enhance learning culture the organizations need to pay particular attention to how information is acquired and interpreted. In order to enhance the effects of learning on innovativeness , they should watch the processes closely and try to follow all thoroughly and meticulously.
