This paper studies the optimal control problem for large-scale systems with multi delay under external persistent disturbances. A disturbance compensator is constructed based on the internal model principle to cancel the disturbance in the sense of zero steady-state error. The original disturbance rejection problem is transformed into an optimal regulator problem for large-scale systems with multi delay without disturbances in form. Then, based on the series-based approximate approach is proposed the optimal control law for the multi delay large-scale system. A numerical example is given.
