چکیده:

Transition metal oxides are suitable materials for small ions, like H+ and Li+, intercalation/deintercalation, a process which makes them as good candidates for a wide range of applications such as electrochromic and energy storage devices. Also, nanostructure materials have been attracted due to their hopeful properties to apply in nanodevices and in industry like gas sensors, smart windows, electronic display devices, batteries and so on [1]. There are several methods to prepare the molybdenum oxides thin films like sol-gel, sputtering, chemical vapor deposition and electrodeposition [2]. Among these methods the electrodeposition technique sounds to be the most economic and suitable for making thin film on a large surface.In this work we prepared nanostructured molybdenum oxide by electrodeposition method and investigated its capacitive behavior by electrochemical techniques like cyclic voltammetery, galvanic charge/discharge and impedance spectroscopy.
