چکیده:

Numerical Simulation of fully three dimensional combustion chamber of spark ignition engine (SI) is presented using KIVA-3 code on personal computer. Numerical simulation is performed in during the compress, combustion and expansion stroke using finite volume method called Arbitrary Lagrangian Eulerian (ALE) method in regular hexahedral cells. Combustion is predicted by one step global reaction and means reaction rate is calculated by Arrhenius model. Required equilibrium and kinetic reaction are added to global reaction for better predicting of pollutant. Standard version of k-epsilon is considered to represent the effect of turbulent. In this paper a type of spark ignition engine such as Paykan engine with premixed homogenous charge of gasoline, LPG and CNG is consider and simulation of close portion of cycle is performed .The numerical results are validated using experimental measurement ofPaykan engine that carried out at IPCO engine research company. Compression show good agreement between numerical and experiment work. Results show that With enhancement of Octan-number of fuel, pick pressure(P.P), pick temperature (PT), speed of flame propagation, Carbon mono oxide and NOx formation decreases and combustion duration, delay time of combustion, Heat released and surface heat loss increases.
