چکیده:

Pipelines facilitate the transportation of gas and oil produced in offshore or deepwater sites; therefore,either buried in or laid on the seabed. In case of buried type, the wave-induced pore pressure (WIPP) around pipes is an important criterion for pipeline design. WIPP can cause liquefaction around pipes. Thispaper aims at presenting a numerical analysis of WIPP around buried pipelines. Also wave-induced seepage force on buried pipeline is evaluated this simulation. The numerical model is verified by comparing with analytical model
