چکیده:

A three dimensional study of conjugate convection heat transfer from three protruding heat sources mounted on the base of a rectangular channel is carried out numerically. The flow is assumed to be laminar, steady and incompressible. Initially, the numerical code validated with other numerical studies, then the effect of flow Reynolds number and inclination angle of the channel on the cooling performance from the heating elements are determined for various Richardson numbers. For high value of Reynolds numbers, simulation indicate that the cube temperature is almost independent of the inclination. Based on the results correlations are developed to predict average Nusselt number for each condition in terms of effective parameters
