چکیده:

Power transformers are one of the most important components of electric networks. Failure in these devices cause very often not only large economical loses but also social and sometimes even political problems. Therefore diagnosis and monitoring systems will be valuable for preventing damage to these transformers. The aim of this contribution is to introduce the current situation in diagnostic systems for power transformers. To overcome the weaknesses of the existing diagnosis systems new attempts are introduced. First the increasing of diagnostic reliability through combining diagnostic methods and diagnostic results under the use of historical data is introduced and as an example the monitoring and diagnosis of bushings is presented. Furthermore an agent based diagnostic system is introduced with which a diagnostic of the components of the grid can be carried out via internet without the need of experts on site.
