In the recent years researchers try to define the fine level of scaling and pull out useful information of their experimental jobs, because can coating is important process in can manufacturer because of its direct relative to human health. So that they try to choose better methods for productivity in industrial fields. The performance of a coated sheet metal panel previously formed to a U shape when it is deformed by conical bar in a sudden blow can be examined. In this Test method for scaling the flexibility and stability usually used a microscopic view. [1, 2] In fact by the result of this test, determination of usability of coat has been checked. Unfortunately now this scaling has done by eye understanding. The crack under the microscope will be seen and the result will be distinct just by eye experiences. In this paper presented a new method for evaluation of the quality (flexibility and stability) of film by image processing and this digitize scaling creates a good method to comparison ability in the high level of confidence. By the image processing method, the crack and missed pixels has been detected and as a result the final percent of missed pixels will reported. [3]
