چکیده:

Advantages of using electrical bicycles like environmental friendliness and low cost caused to be appropriate in urban regions. Control of electrical bicycles are done with different methods. In this paper a new control strategy is introduced that takes desired speed from rider and this speed is followed by electrical motor and pedal torque. Bicycle energy is recovered in downhill and braking. simulation results show robustness, high dynamics and precision of this control method.
