Brain is a wonderful organ of human body that has a complicated mechanism on controlling human vitals. Cerebral diseases usually have an expressive symptom on all vitals that are used to characterize such illnesses. Some of them are hereditary. Huntington Disease (HD) is one of important hereditary disease of brain that mainly affects a special part of brain named Basal Ganglia (BG). The main symptom of the disease is abrupt muscle movement that is known as Chorea. Proposing a computational model to show chorea have a great role in elucidating medical knowledge and will expand our attitude about the illness states. In the study, we have tried to introduce a computational model of HD behavior on BG. All available physiological findings about HD are considered on designing the model. A parameter is introduced to represent the condition of healthy and illness states. So, the model response on presence of HD is chorea that is corresponding to available descriptions of it.
