چکیده:

In this research, mechanical properties of multi-walled carbon nanotubes (MWNT) reinforced epoxy polysulfide resin have been evaluated. For achieving this goal, different weight percentages of MWNT (0.1,0.2,0.3 wt %) were dispersed in epoxy polysulfide resin and then mixed with curing agent. Mechanical properteis such as tensile strength, tensile modulus, elongation at break was determined and increase in the modulus of epoxy polysulfide was obtained. For understanding the Structure and morphology of nanocomposite, the dispersion states were studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM
